It's like a kid jumping in puddles. It might not make sense, but it sure brings a smile to your face. Good on him for having fun!

So no one has driven up from Noosa to the bottom of Fraser and across to Fraser and up and down the beach and across to the west coast and forded some of the creeks there.
For sure I would prefer not to drive through salt deliberately but is part of the routine of beach driving, particularly on the west side of Fraser.

In the words of an older guy I used to work with, "it's not like it's acid lad!". All my Rovers have been through salt water at times, west coast of Fraser, north coast of Moreton etc. Though never for fun or the camera.
Gotta say it's something I'll avoid like the plague. but it looks like a whole lotta fun.
Gotta enjoy your truck & it is a nice 110.
But I do agree with ya Didge, why bring on just another issue to add to the list.

Some would say the same thing about any beach work at all.
Others might say the same thing about mud, or any serious off road work.
I know some blokes who won't ride their nice bikes in the rain for the same kind of reasons.
Appears that people hold a range of views in relation to how they treat the durable consumer goods they own...
PS what the hell is it with iPhones and random emoticons? Little bastards keep on popping up in my posts?
