Have you tried adjusting the latches?
You'll need the star torx type tool to loosen the latch as there is a bit of adjustment there.

That should fix the problem.

I had the same problem and had to replace the latch

Are they bouncing back out as you shut them and don't catch? Or are they just not lining up with the lock?
Mine were bouncing back out and not catching
If so there a great guide to cleaning and lubricating the lock did mine with WD40 and it worked bit I think your meant to use white lithium grease after you clean them.
