Thanks Chook.
Mate yours was an absolute weapon. Don't think I've seen a defender so kitted up for extreme offload before.
Will definitely get some advice from you as I do bits and pieces to mine.

Love my 130 also.
When it is parked I walk around making sure all doors are locked and then press the alarm remote. (The remote then activates and receives signals from the Defender upto 3Kms away if anyone touches it).

Sometimes I have a beer and just face my chair towards her- drink, stare and grin.

I'm glad that I'm not alone!
I always turn back and check Monty out when I walk away....and it always brings a smile to my dial.
If he's parked somewhere that I have to walk past him, e.g. when I walk to get the ferry in the morning, I pat him on the fender or on the rear and say "G'day big fella", or "Morning big boy". It's really quite sad. I'm sure my neighbours have caught me talking to him from time to time.
When I was installing the diff guards I had to undo a few of the bolts on the diff itself and remember saying to him "Don't worry mate I'm only fiddling with a couple and I'll put them right back, I'll be as gentle and as quick as I can"....and then I saw a neighbour's feet walking past, up the street. Facepalm.
Blade, you're not wrong about Chook's Puma, that thing is a weapon.
I'm up for a forum weekend in the dirt too, by the way.

Loved mine. I have my cars parked right outside the office with full height glass so I spent just about every working hour for four years looking at it and getting distracted. Sure, I did sell it but it was to a trusted enthusiast. More like marrying it off actually.
