    Is this a 130

My mate is looking for a defender and has found this.
Is this a rare beast, I've not seen one before.
Price is right as the engine is shot.

98% of all Land Rovers built are still on the road.
The other 2% made it home.

Cost difference between Britpart and Genuine seals: £2.04. Knowing that your brakes won't fail at any moment: Priceless.

Could be a 130, check wheel base should be about 127"....Also, possibly a dual cab that has been repaired after a rollover, hence 'homemade' rear tub sides, and no roof etc etc.

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈

I remember seeing some I these or very similar for sale a while back, if its the same they were from a tour company running on Fraser Island, they were 130s converted to soft top troop carriers - I almost baught one for cheap but because they has rust issues and couldn't see them prior to purchase i decided against it

    Thanks for replying so quick.
I don't think the VIN tell me if it was a 2dr cab chassis or a dual cab.
If they have been converted they probably should a mod plate at least.
Here's a few more pictures. I can't get to them until Saturday for inspection.

They could be the tour vehicles. They both have inward facing bench seats in the rear.
There are 2 of them in a south west QLD location.
