some diff oils are very green in appearance, the stuff we use at work is green when it starts to turn black time for a change, I tend to do my diff oils every 50K use synthetic oils as well
hi all maybe someone can shed some light on a question I had a recon front diff put in my 110 defender a week ago decided this morning to check the diff oil, no problem with the level but noticed oil is green, this does not seem normal, used to be black both diff oils get changed every 20000ks
should I change it?

clear green or milky green ?
clear green, blue or honey colour is fine .
it will go black over time.
milky green to grey means it has water in it and must be changed
