Defenders in Bangladesh
I was lucky enough to spend a week in Bangladesh for work. In my travels I did not see any land Rovers at all until I found these two within 20 metres of each other.
Pity the County wouldn't fit in my carry on bag.

This ones a little newer and is used almost daily.

Off to Indonesia in a couple of weeks so will keep an eye out there.

Interesting.
There's a fair bit of British stuff in Sri Lanka. A few Minis, I even saw a split screen Morry Minor. The military & government use Defenders. It's a daily occurrence to have a Mercedes with blacked out windows screaming down the wrong side, with Pumas front & rear.
There's nothing Defenderish in India - Britain was on the nose I guess in 1948 with independence. Although now, Freelander 2s are being assembled & sold there.
