    Would this work on the back of a 110

    Its a product made for a Jeep however I think it would work well, as both the 110 and a Jeep have a flat back and a door(110) or tail gate that swings open( jeep) this takes all the weight off the door. Also it can carry 2 jerry cans and hold up to a 37" tire.

    have a look and let me know what you think.

    Seems a very expensive $675 to add a jerry can holder, jack bracket and antenna slot to a 110.

    I dont get the need to add something like that to a 110.

    For that sort of expenditure you could buy better storage solution where you could store much more.


    But who am I to reason why . . . .just saying

    Looks like a fancy poorly made spare tyre carrier
    There's a reason Murray and kaymar use trailer stubs!!

    The 110 wouldn't be strong enough to support that sort of weight from the area either side of the back door without some serious reinforcing.
    Having the wheel hanging out so far also creates a lot of dynamic load. I prefer to mount everything off the chassis.
    You carry a spare all the time, but you don't always need to carry a jerry, so it makes sense to have the wheel closer to the car and a jerry holder that's removable such as in the pic below.

    A critical consideration, particularly for a 110, is how far aft of the rear axle the wieight is.

    And I can confirm that if you want to carry a jerry, one of these, plus one of Murray's wheel carriers, is an ideal combo!
