255/85/16's will be the perfect tyre for your 130,they are just over 33" and look like they belongAnd as you mentioned, you can't compare a SWB Patrol with big wheels and suspension to a standard 130.But with just a few judicious modifications, and depending on what you want to do with it,maybe lockers. The 130 will surprise you with how competent they are.And you can carry loads you wouldn't even contemplate with a Patrol, whilst doing it

I have 255/85 on standard 'wolf' rims on a 130, I had to lift my tray but the 750/16 that were on it also used to rub under the tray. I have spring lift also, couldn't tell you exactly how much over standard height, probably 40-50mm. Coming from a RR, the extra 30" of wheelbase (plus I have a fair bit of rear overhang) needed a lift to be able to do what I used to in the RR without getting hung up.
Give Andrew at Les Richmond a call, he will probably ask you to go over a weighbridge to get front & rear axle weights then will be able to recommend a spring to give you whatever height you want at the bumpstop.
If you do go with a lift, you will need (note 'will need', not 'might need') a double-cardan front propshaft, mine was about $750 from Tom Woods in the US. You'll also need to do something with the rear end chassis-to-radius-arm bushes, standard ones won't last with the extra angle. Les Richmond do a bush with the extra angle moulded in, seem to be lasting ok on mine.
My 130 has come a fair distance since origionalky posting this up.
50mm lift, long travel shocks, retained springs, front double cardan wide angle shaft, wide angle rear shaft and all the other bits along the way that go with it.
I put the 315/75/16 on when heading out for a wheel. And run 265/75 all terrains on road.
