Pretty much anything loose in the front end can thrash around and amplify any other vibrations.
Have you checked the tie rod ends on track rod and drag link?
Out of balance wheel (or a loose one), tyre delamination or out of round, mud buildup inside a wheel....

 , both nuts come off together (yes I know about the locking tab and it is supposed to be bent over both nuts, but it wasn't, anyway it all came off).
