Thread: bonnet spare wheel carrier

I've got a bonnet spare wheel carrier kit with my county 110 but no instructions on how to fit it-particularly where to drill holes etc- anyone have instructions or info on how to do it?

If you have a County bonnet and not a Defender bonnet (but maybe early Defender) you'll probably find if you look at the steel ribs that run front to back under the bonnet, there are a couple (might even be 4) of holes already in the steel ribs, but not drilled through the aluminium skin. I'm pretty sure these are holes that line up with the wheel mount..........but hopefully someone else can confirm that before you get the drill out
