    Shim - where do you get it??

    Does anyone know where I can get a main shaft input gear shim 3.6mm in a hurry? I'm in Tasmania

    or try Karcraft in Silverwater NSW they have it listed for ~$15 (assuming you are talking LT230, but they seem to have most shims listed)

    Any engineering supplier will have assortment packs of shim in various metals. cut them yourself. sharp scissors usually work.
