Question Puma 2.2 Rear fog lamp not turning off

Just put some wiring into my Puma for the dual battery to the camper. The dual battery works, wires are connected direct to the battery and didn't touch standard wiring. all have mechanical protection. Now the rear fog lamp is on, not the whole light but just the lower section. it will not turn off - no keys in the car.

    What has happened?
