I broke the bead on the front face only, just so I didn't have to bother with re-balancing the wheel etc. When spraying, I just draped a cloth with a circle cut in it over the tyre. Easy.
BTW - those General Grabbers are a bugger to break the bead on! My Tyre-Pliers wouldn't even look at it. I had to make a lever that was about 2m long to break the bead
