Does my horn have a relay?

    2004 defender td5 110 double cab

Is there a relay for the horn? If so where is it? (I assume under the drivers seat) And what is the part number?

My horn has stopped working from the stalk switch. Switch is ok and sounder works(beeps when I use Central locking with one of the doors open.

Any suggestions, I miss being able to peep cheerily at the less observant defender drivers in Brisbane.

I'm fairly sure my County doesn't have a relay for the horn.

My County does not either - but while that suggests that a 2004 does not, it does not prove it.

Unless you've had it since new the status of others unfortunately won't help.. Do you have a mulimeter? If so, check the amp across the fuse.. If it is low 200-500ma then it is via a relay, several amps and it is direct.
