    Ratchet for Farm yard jack

    Dear Panel,

    I have a farm yard jack missing the ratchet?. I have been using a spanner to wind it which is a pain. Any ideas about where I could get a replacement or somthing easier to use?

    Where are you based, I have a couple. But would suggest you get hold of a proper jack.

    What make and model is it? A lot of these things are still serviced by rural suppliers. A friend recently obtained parts for an ancient Trewhella Jack.
