2007 Land Rover Defender 110 07MY
Seems over priced for the year and kms. I just bought a 2010 130 with 44,000 kms with Bull bar and other bolts ons and the insurance book value was $34,000. Get a benchmark quote from an insurer (or Redbook/Glasses it) to get an idea what the market value is.

Heads up - if the dealer wants to sell you a aftermarket service warranty have a look at the T&C's first. I negotiated a warranty into the price and the T&C's limit warranty to vehicles under 3000 GVM. The 130 is 3500 GVM and the 110 is 3050.

A test drive with an ear out the window and crawling under the truck can be as telling as the service book.

With respect 90@, rear panel protection is the least of his concerns when buying an unknown quality. As for DC prop shaft, they create their own problems. Not much point in spending $$ on the DC if there is no binding or vibration problem. This truck may be in the lucky few to get away with a lift and no front prop shaft issues. If a lift is not necessary there is the option to return to stock height. Cheaper than a DC prop. Those issues are a distraction to the OP.
