Mine was full of red dust,CRC/WD40.Gave it a good soak in hot water with detergent which eventually freed the lock barrel up.

Just drill out the pins, push the button down and pull out with long nose pliers. If you already have other barrels you can tape the drill bit depth based on the pin depth of the new ones. Worked for me with no keys on all 3 doors.

More arse than class with the drill.......could get the last bit out which has the detent in it so I ended up pushing it inside the mech

Now it was raining and I just wanted it back together however I think, if you have a key than turn to the lock position to line the stent up with the hole, this kinda makes sense as you can than use the key to pull on the barrel

    Ignition tomorrow arvo

you wouldn't believe it......but I have to pull the brand new lock out

    why you ask.......well

when looking on line you have the option of 3 x keyed alike or 5 x keyed alike locks...........yep you guys that are switched on will be right onto it.....me however, not so switched on. silly me orders the 3 x keyed alike as I thought two front doors and the rear door and was really happy with last night work until.........

I pull into the servo this morning to fill up with diesel and guess what............I soon realised why you need five locks, I assuming the fifth is for the cubby box....only just thought of that now

if only I needed fuel before I ordered the locks
