    200K and still trucking.

Well the TD5 Defender has reached 200K and its been a pleasure. From putting up all the crap from the Toyota/Nissan mob and a SWMBO who was not at first filled with joy about my choice of vehicle.

I have had a few minor issues along the way, bearings letting go in the transfer case, blown front diff and the old fuel pressure regulator. From being way out in the bush to the school pick up line its been great.

    Hears to another 200K.

Third hand purchase Disco Tdi300 auto nearly 600,000kms. Still returning around 10km/litre. Original torque converter. Scars on inside of timing cover indicating belt failure somewhere in its life, and towing receipt from some remote part of WA.
