TD5 Fuel Regulator leak from bottom bolt
HI, I've just replaced the fuel pressure regulator and used a new metal gasket and there seems to be a leak at the lower bolt. I don't see what could be wrong with the gasket.
I'm about to replace it with the old gasket and thought I'd ask in the mean time if anyone recognises this problem?

My guess would be it's the wrong gasket for the regulator.
I ran into this issue last year and made a long winded post about the "problem"

Thanks for the link OffTrack. That confirms I'm using the older MSX100080 gasket with the correct MSO000080 FPR. I've also confirmed the leak is between the FPR and the head just above the bottom bolt on the FPR. Which leads me to believe the gasket isn't doing it's job.

After replacing the new gasket with the old gasket the leak has stopped. Inspection of the new gasket still doesn't show any sings of fault. I might ponder on this later, for now I've got to clean up the driveway.
