    Okay I think I've got the parts I need - now to get them in - does anyone know where I can download a manual, in a hurry, preferably free??

    Get one from the shop at the top of the page. Mine arrived before the confirmation of it being posted (paid for it in the afternoon and it was in the letter box the next morning). As stated above it helps fund this very useful forum.
