    Defender roof leaking

    Hey all!
I know this is a very frequently asked question here and I've searched through previous posts to see if there was any pictures of how to fix it but I can't find any.
As normal, my Defender leaks through the roof on the drivers side but lately it has started leaking like a river while it's raining. I took off the roof rack and completely sikaflexed all the gutters and as far as I can see, the joint between the windscreen and the roof is sealed. but it still leaks badly on the inside and appears to be coming in between the 2 sheets of metal. I have no idea how to fix this and was hoping someone may have a picture of what they have done to cure/improve the problem. I've read about taping it up but i'm not sure what part to tape.
I've attached a video of it slowly leaking (the river of water had already past through by the time i got the camera out). If anyone has any info on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Jeff

How good are defenders! There is the water ingress manual on this page, may be of some use: http://www.landroverweb.com/landrove...rover-manuals/

How about the windscreen/roof/corner seal? How's that looking, bit of a gap?

Is your roof lined? If not you can do what I did and it fixed the problem. I filled the inside "gutter"with epoxy resin. I mixed it and poured it in slowly and it flowed along the gutter. No more problems. I suppose you could use any filler to do this. Jim

It looks good, from what I can see anyway. I was thinking of taking off the roof and just re-sealing everything!

I don't have a liner on it at the moment. Is that where water gets in mostly, along the inner gutter?

I found that my inner gutter was filling with water which sploshed back and forward wetting everything. Filling the inner gutter stopped this

    What's an inner gutter?
And how do you get to it to seal it?
