You can make one from a standard catch can or get a Mann Hummel Pro Vent like I have fitted.
LoveMyRangie from memory was who I got mine through as he works in the Truck Parts business in WA. Not sure if he can still supply but may be able to point you in the right direction.

Yep, fitted it myself. Fairly straight forward. Hardest part was making a suitable bracket and fitting up the return line into the Turbo oil drain line. The only issue this causes with the TD5 is it makes it a little harder to change the oil filter. I would have done it slightly different if I did it again. The advantage of the Provent is it has a filter and is basically ABS plastic.
    Cheers

Sounds like I will be chasing one up!!
If you don't mind me asking how does it make changing the oil filter harder ??

Because the return line to the turbo drain actually runs under the oil filter where you need to put your hand in to unscrew and screw up the filter.
