Thread: Accessing Under Dash Fuse Box

Trying to access the under dash fuse panel in my 2014 Defender to fit an aftermarket wiper relay. I stick my screwdriver in the screw head and twist, the screw turns easily with a click on every rotation but doesn't loosen. What am I missing??

You only need to turn those heads 90 degrees then pull gently. They are captive in that lid.
