Aftermarket flares which ones are you using?

    Hi everyone,

I need wider flares on the 110. I have read many mixed reports on the flexi type flares. I dont think I want to go fiberglass.
If you have/had some on your defender can you please tell me your opinion, brand and price.

    Many thanks.
    Michael.

IMHO you won't beat FlatDog for fit and quality.

What are the odds, I have just been reading about this also.

I came to the conclusion that I might just make some out of supermarket checkout conveyor belts I have laying around. Hopefully it doesn't look terrible haha.

We've been researching recently, and will be going for the Flat Dogs versions as well.

We currently have (fitted by the P.O.) garden edging flares. They cover the legal requirement of extending over the tyres required, but now fail on having the (I believe) required at least 4mm rolled edge.

Cheapest price I've found is $400 for the set for a 110 pickup price (from Brisbane), plus delivery.
