Hi all
Got a 2002 defa td5
For the last 12months when the fuel tank goes below half way
And I park the car overnight and start it in the morning it would only run
For 5 -10 seconds and run out of fuel it's been doing my head in. Very frustrating I must say
After a lot of searching and asking question I decided to replace the air bleed valve at the fuel
Filter and bingo it hasn't happened again and the fuel pump is a lot quieter so hopefully I've fixed it
Hope this helps anybody who has had the same problem
