Have you modified the passenger side rear mud flap, or is this a new style?

    Product of its environment..

Strong cross offset head wind, travelling on the +side of speed limit just twists the thing up and into the line of the exhaust!

City slicker versions dont suffer the issue as they dont spend hours on end at speed

    Looking very nice indeed!
I like the black headlight surrounds and grille. I have to admit to being (seemingly one of the few...) who isn't a fan of the keswick green, but I'll admit that does look damn good.

    Yes, & I believe it's a problem peculiar only to the 90.
We've done a bit over 10ks (mostly country cruising 80/110kph)in Gracie, & the left rear mudflap is showing evidence of "heat" around the top edge of the mudflap cutout.
Have you got a "cure" in mind?!

Bolt a piece of stainless flat to along the bottom of the mudflap to hold it down?

Something like that... Was going to profile cut a piece to follow the curve (up higher) so it stays true.

It's the twisting action that puts the edge in the exhaust line.

OR I may reposition the pipe

I'd thought of "profiling" a piece of steel around the curve, but, if you did that, wouldn't the steel get hot, affecting the rubber it's attached to, and as the flap moves upward in the draft, the rubber "edge" would still be in the path of the exhaust,.....but if you did make something, I'd love to look at it.

Very nice looking 90 and love the black roof, goes better with the KG than white.
