    Loss of power

    That whooooshing sound followed by loss of power whilst on the way to work this morning. Rumor has it its the turbo hose as fixed in a recall a month or two ago . Can any one tell me if that is the prob.. Will ring landrover assist as I leave work today Its a MY13 90 with 23000 on the cheers

    Yep sounds like it. They probably did not push the hoses onnfar enough.

    Why dont you just pop the bonnet at check them

    A thought

    To be honest it was 6 0 clock on a Sunday morning and I was on my way to work and couldnt muster the unthusiasm to try Another time and place could have been better Funnily enough I had to leave it outside an emergency entrance to a hospital Not blocking the way in I hasten to add

    And its not always easy to see where those hoses might leak or split. Especially on a puma.
