    Puma Bullbars... which one!

Hopefully getting my Defender next week! Despite having a look via 'search', can this learned community offer me some thoughts about the pro's and con's of the various bars out there please!

I would like to get a BullBar fitted from the get go, must be winch/light/aerial etc compatible and hopefully an 'easy' DIY fit as well! Looking at OEM land rover, ARB, TJM and also Rijidij offerings, the latter being a LOT less expensive too!

Also going to fit a 'bash plate' up front, snorkel and toe bar in the near future so any additional input on that would also be most welcome!

    Many thanks,

    Pete.

I've got the ARB Commercial model on mine. Does the job and is compatible with winches etc.
But if I could I think I'd now buy a TJM as they're squarer across the front of the vehicle and have a more Defender look about them.

Do ARB still do the commercial winch bar? Their website only shows the two Deluxe models.

I'm in the same situation of looking at fitting a bullbar early next year. At this stage I'm looking at the TJM or Opposite Lock bars depending on how they look. Does anyone have any pictures of these they can post. I spent a lot of time looking at pics last week but they were all on different threads so I couldn't always remember which bar I was looking at.

    Thanks

Our 2009 Defender came with an ARB bullbar. Seems good so far -certainly very solid.

I'm sure you'll be happy with the vehicle whichever way you go!

I fitted the Rijidij bar you linked too easy to install, accepts most common winches and looks good to my eye

    Cheers
