I know this has been discussed before - However I have a specific question can anyone recomed a Double Din Fascia for a Defender 2015 (which comes with a Traction control switch/ ASC) ?

    Hi Louis,

The switches are all the same size (except obviously the windows), so you can relocate them to your heart's content. I've moved mine around as I've bought some from Expedition Center for lights and compressor and the like and I've clustered them together by function.

Dynamicsounds in the UK (ebay store) has very good quality gear, if a bit pricey. You loose quite a few switch slots though, so you need to relocate the additional panel on the diagonal next to your leg.

    Lou, again thanks mate!

My concern was that the Fascia won't have enough pre-moulded/cut holes to acommedate the amount of switched on the 2015 model

Suppose it all depends how many factory options you go for...

The SVX nearly has a "full house" and if you take all the available options, the DSC takes up the only spot left next to the rear defroster.

The double din facia does have space for them all if you count slots on the additional little panel.

    Cheers,

    Lou

With the double din consoles you need to cut the clock part off your existing consoles with a very sharp knife or fine tooth fret saw.

Depending which switches you decide to relocate you may have to tease some spare wiring out of the harness or extend the wiring. The blue/red temperature dials have to be cut off existing console, straight forward with a sharp knife.

Also available here at a saving of a few quid.
