strange interior light issue on my td5 130

So i few weeks ago i replaced my broken passenger door switch and low and behold my interior light begins to work again ( it always worked when turn on at the roof switch) ... now for some reason it's stopped again ( yes i have checked the globe ) now it won't turn on via the switch or door and looks like no voltage to the globe socket... also my hazard lights no longer work..

could it be the factory alarm ecu playing games?

    cheers

From memory, the little screw that holds them in often doesn't earth well, and the cable plugged into them, if it's not moving freely, can stop them working...they are a pretty poor design - try flicking the switch and see if you get a flash?

Turned out still to be the fuse.. Even thought it wasn't blown when I tested it with the meter there was no voltage across it.
