My mate checked out the second link today. It was a good truck aside from a t case drip, but the firm price is 45k.
Opinions? Too rich? My gut feel is that it's about a 40k truck.

45K would be a fair price for a 110 of that vintage and mileage...
Our local dealer had a 90 of about the same age (slightly less km's) up for $39,995 the exact same price it cost 4.5 years ago and it was sold in a week.
That's the benefit of owning a good Defender, very few cars if any keep their value like they do
