This would be a bizarre occurence, especially after you had just driven it and it was fine, but it could possibly have dropped a spring out of the centre.... :-(

Hello all!
I drove Norm to the shops at lunchtime today - no issues.
Park the car at home, wash the car, go about my business.
Just now I go to drive into town to collect the other half - turn engine on, can't put it in gear.
No other faults.
Clutch fluid level is good.
Transfer goes from Hi, Low, Neutral fine.
Can select gears normally when Engine is off. Soon as I turn engine on, can't select a gear.
If anybody can help diagnose or has seen similar before that would be awesome!

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
Cheers JC. Fortunately nothing that bad...
I'm an idiot - best guess is, my overzealous salt removal techniques (park the car on top of the sprinkler for an hour) led to moisture, led to clutch plates becoming slightly stuck together.
Starting the car in gear sorted that right out. =D
Ah! Didn't think that washing the car involved underbody sluicing :-P , that'll do it for sure!
