quick spare wheel/ rear wiper question
I while back i fitted wider tyres, including the spare, with the effect that the rear wiper doesnt work because it gets jammed between the door and the wider tyre.
I just took the spare off and find these threaded washers - is there any reason why i cant screw these things out to move the wheel/tyre away from the door and therefore avoid tyre fouling the wiper?
It looks like that is the design intent here? Dumb Q probably
Cheers, Sam

That will work fine.
Fit some normal washers behind to stop them moving and making the wheel loose..

If you don't have that many washers, a spare wheel nut behind the big nut would do the same...
