    Six Door Trayback Defender

    Well this is a first,

One of the guys from work spotted this today and thought I might be interested.

Looks like its maybe a 110 Wagon Cab fitted to a 130 Chassis and with a 130 tray fitted to the rear?

Is this anyone from the forum?

    COnversion

The roof has not been modified to suit by the look(roof is a 110 wagon roof)
The tray looks to be a cut down 130 tub.

    lots of kids??

    Different and likely pointless.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

One of the 4x4 parts/mods company built one like that, but when I last saw it in Sydney somewhere, it had a rudimentary flat tray on it.

The pic is to small to see?

There was one built here in Newcastle, it was a 6 door body with a very short tray on a 130 chassis, not sure where it is these days, it was built by one of the guys who used to work at all 4x4.

Click on this pic cal see if it helps. Looks a bit odd. Undoubtedly suits the purpose he requires.

With 3 doors / side and a 130 tray that has to be longer than a 130 wheelbase.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Its the newcastle built one. Standard 130 chassis, cut down 130 tub to replace the flat steel tray. Unsure about the roof..... never looked at it. Always looked under it. Remote reservoir shocks, hydraulic bump stops etc...

Unsure if its the original owner who still has it or not

I saw one (maybe that one) when visiting Modern Motors at Dungog back in 2011. It was used for some type of rally IIRC.

There was also another 6 door wagon used for tourism in Strahan, Tasmania on the railway. Off the rails - Tasmania - Australia - Travel - smh.com.au

Perhaps not as pointless as some think
