    Small Speakers

    Hi , I was wondering if any of you that have Defenders with power windows , have fitted those small 50mm speakers into the round area on the door card , were the window wideners used to fit . The reason I ask is I have two small speakers that would fit just right . My problem is I have window wideners , but I see on the Puma they still have the circles . What I don't know is will the back of the speaker get in the way of all the working inside the door . If not It would be a top spot , plus make the door card look like It was designed that way instead of using the old door card , blanked !!..

    Sorry but they wont fit.

    50mm speakers at that level wouldnt do anything for the sound stage anyway...

    Thanks for that info . That will save my taking It apart , only to find It won't work .To be honest I didn't think you get to much out of those small speakers , in saying that there are plenty of Auto manufacturer's that put speakers in doors , and that includes Land Rover . Jim
