This article indicates the receivers intend to trade the business and sell as a viable dealership with no effect for customers. Maybe those on that side of the country may no more.

I would have thought if you put a deposit on the vehicle, then it is legally yours, especially if you signed a contract. Consider the alternative scenario where you paid a deposit and then didn't want the vehicle. I think they would be very quick to say "sorry mate, the vehicle is yours and if you don't want it, you will lose the deposit". I think it is worth looking at the legal angles.

Received my build date info this afternoon. My Heritage 90" goes into production on 7th July, & is scheduled for delivery 30th October here in Perth, but could be a couple of weeks earlier. Will have to start my countdown - that is 145 days!

Could be worse, we waited about a month longer, still, it'll absolutely be worth it when it arrives,...can't wait to see it.

Thanks Pickles, But I ordered this on 12th January - that is a very long wait. Couple of my friends have recently ordered Keswick Green Defenders, one a 90" & the other a 110" , they both get theirs in August. I will not wish my life away, I just won't.... Is it October yet?

So is JLR producing the Heritage first then then the Adventure, would make sence with the different colours and specs. On another note are there any left in Australia, just curious!

The worst part of the wait for me was the two to three weeks it took to get off the docks here in Freo and ready for me to pick up. There was quite a delay in Oct last year. Hopefully for you it goes through a bit faster!

Eastfreo, Lets just hope the car carrier doesn't fall over! Actually away for a couple of weeks in October so hope it is not too early.

Vic, I have no idea which order the celebration series are being produced in. Seems some are already receiving Autobiography & Adventure models on the other side of the planet. I also have no idea if any are left in Australia.
