Is there actually a spot on the panel for one ?
I think that might tell us both something.
Is there anybody out there with a 300Tdi with a functioning low fuel light? My current and previous have the symbol on the panel, but I've never seen either of them light up.

SubscriberI got my one working (97 Defender)
Bought a low fuel warning light kit from Dick Smith about 6 years ago.
Works well, easy install.
Can be adjusted to light up at what ever fuel level you want.
Similar to what is on a early 110" and 127"
