Thread: Alloy wheels for a 2015 Puma 130

I've been doing some research on options for alloys to fit a 130 Puma. The standard wolf wheels are rated to 2200KG but the highest rated alloys are Blindo at 1540KG or ZU at 1400
The max axle loading of a 130 is 2200 KG
VSI09 (NSW) makes no mention of the load capacity of the rim, only of the tyre.

From my research I am of the opinion that a set of mags rated to at least 1400KG with tyres rated to 120 (1400kg) should be suitable as they are 200KG over half of the maximum axle load and the tyres meet or exceed the tyre load rating.

Anyone else got more info?

We have the Dakars on our 130.

No Issues at all and Terrafiram suppled them to the 130 Support vehicles a few years ago for a African rally of some kind, so they took a fair load.
