I like the velcro idea. You could even use something like this,
NEW 4 PK X 40mm Suction CUP Screw With Separate NUT | eBay
I have the same problem with one of my dogs. At the moment I'll let it be and hope she grows out of it!
Put a small led weight in his ear.........

that's why I drive a dual cab..to many dogs
you said gun tunnel??
Put the dog in a dog crate. If the crate won't fit in the back due to the storage boxes then see if it will fit on the back seat. Dedicated dog crates solve most problems associated when traveling with difficult dogs. Most pet shops will usually help with a "trial fit" before you buy.
When I had dogs (a few years ago now) I restrained them. I also wouldn't open the door until they settled down and stopped carrying on like idiots.
Restrain on a short lead. GSP's are so dumb! The only dog I have seen that will repeatedly run into a sliding glass patio door! Seemed unable to understand why he could not go through while it was closed!:O
Yes, but probably for not the reason you where imagining. My missus and I are in the North Queensland team for FTR (target rifle with a bipod) and we will be shooting the Nationals in Brisbane in August competing against teams from the other states, hopefully we will bring the blig home
The gun tunnel needed to be built rather quickly as there are a few local comps too and I prefer to have the guns properly secured out of sight and not just covered up.

Pluto is actually really smart, just hyper active to the point of being a nutter
He is not allowed into our hifi/ entertainment room till the evening, if one of us goes in to get something he will sneak in and lie down with his head in the opening of the room door with all his body in the room. He know we cant now close the door again while he is there, if we try and grab him he jumps up and runs into the room and hides behind the sofa or one of my speakers. The moment we give up chasing him he goes back to the mat by the door with his head in the doorway. You can call him with a dog treat or his bone and he stays there looking at you as if to say "Do you think I am stupid or what?"
