    Yes, after building the thing with an electric fan and major overheating issues, moved back to the engine fan with a cowling and that sorted out the issue. Then decided an aircon was essential and back to the drawing board. Not sure how I coped without the ac so losing it is not an option.

    Bee utey.......you may be onto something there. Running the earlier v belt set up.
    Do you remember what the pulley came off?

    Would removing the auto and oil lines through the radiator make a difference?
    If I could keep the temp down around 80 deg, is there a need for the engine oil to be run through the radiator?

    The pulley I fitted wasn't a bolt on fit, I had to do quite a bit of machining to make it fit. It was just a random pulley out of my scrap box, couldn't identify it now.

    As for oil coolers, perhaps you should try a remote mounted cooler or condenser, I believe they were used on things like Mitsubishi Delicas and other forward control vans.
