    New to the forum

Thought I should stop lurking and join this great forum. I'm a long time Land Rover owner, currently driving a Discovery 4 but planning to get back into a Defender 90 as soon as I track down the right one.

As some of you know from other forums I had a deposit on a Defender 90 Heritage Edition but unfortunately my dealer didn't get an allocation. In fact, though it's probably a bit rude, I'll risk it and kick off by asking a small favour: if anyone hears of a Heritage 90 order being cancelled, someone changing their mind, deciding it's too much dough, etc, please, please, drop me a PM.

    All the best
    Nick

    Welcome to the forum.
No, it's not rude to ask a question such as that. I shall ask the local Landrover dealer on your behalf.

Or you can buy a Keswick green 90, white steel rims change the lights to LED change the Grill. Buy the old style Landy badges online and make your own personal Heritige then. Name her Heather. Far more fun and it's your just yours not some guy in the marketing department in Solihull making TATA money

Welcome to the forum Nick.. I hope that you manage to get your Heritage Edition - and you might get lucky, I snagged my limited edition when some ones finance fell through.

Like Sue, I snagged my D90 only because someone's finance fell through after they'd paid a deposit. I just happened to get the timing perfect when a mate noticed it while driving past the dealer 400km away! A telephone call and a Credit Card deposit and a week later I took delivery with a 400km "test drive" home.

Or he could name her Apples a, after the Keswick Codlin.
    I'll ask my dealer too.
