wider rear mudflaps are a good idea to stop spray, mud and rocks on the vehicles behind you......

I've used both and prefer the Flatdogs for three reasons:

    1. They seem to want to fit the vehicle better, that is to say, the part of them that attaches to the car seems to be more 'true' and hugs the vehicle with no gaps, unlike the TF ones I had...which let mud spray up through the gaps.

    2. Strength; the Terrafirma ones I had were too easily torn off for my liking...the weak points being the housing for the screws.

    3. The caps for the screws - the TF ones were dreadful and a lot of them didn't fit. The FD ones are excellent.

Where do you buy these flat dogs and how much for?

I don't NEED rear flares for the 130 as tyres aren't too wide a lot of mud does fling up anyway.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

I'd go Devon 4?4 flares. I have had no issues with their strength. Rubbed them up the odd tree with no issues

Vlad, I'm about to fit some 2" flexy flares to the tub of the 130 as I'll be spending a fair bit of time around a certain capital city soon and I'm guessing the city constabulary won't be as accommodating as their country cousins of 255/85's on 0mm offset rims sticking out past the tub as far as they do.

I can take a pic or two if you'd like.

X2 on the Devon 4x4 flares, no personal experience with them at all but from a cosmetic point of view I think they look superior to Terrafirma/Flatdog style ones. Available as a front pair only as well although you can probably buy the others that way too I don't know..
