I've found that the Defender is the first car that I've been able to drive with my thongs on.
    Cheers, Billy.
    Keeping it simple is complicated.

For newbies, there ain't much that heat and a hammer can't fix on a Defender.

Thanks - I'll be testing that out tomorrow

That's where I put my sandwiches. By the time I reach my destination I have toasted sangas.

My first bout of warm weather in the D. and I found that the thongs get in the way on the floor, so slipped 'em under the seat as you described. They also slot in nicely beside the seat and cubby holder.
I have the UHF and a rag stuffed in between the seat and cup holder, so can't do that.

I recently fitted a Safari snorkel to the 90. Sounds much quieter and seems to be better off the line.

Maybe quieter, but not quicker off the line, at least thats my theory.
