That flimsy A/C and heater box on 110
I guess that most of the readers will agree that the design and efficiency of the A/C and heater box unit on the Defender is not the best of the motoring industry.
Having worked many times on fixing the existing box without satisfying results, I finally decided to drasticaly change the design of this box by moving the condensor inside the car and by adding a second heater matrix.
To start my project I will have to find a replacement for the motor blower, another flimsy design with these four plastic legs supporting a heavy motor, they were fixed twice and yet again I found them broken.

Did anybody go this path, any recomendations on the entire project?

There is a boat bilge blower that fits the size of the ducting. Will post some photo's over the next few weeks as my heater fan has clagged again.http://www.austboating.com.au/produc...owers-and-fans
