seeking some information for a service my LR DEF 110.

I live in Malaysia so its pretty hot most of the time (24 C to 32 C) and the obligatory humidity of course.

I have searched a few forums but so far most are european based so we are talking -3c temp conversations.

looking for the BEST oil for a Defender TDI 300 engine to suit climate (15% off road, mostly towing a light trailer with MX bikes and on road 20-50km trips)

From what I have found out to date, Fully synthetic is a theme

R380 - gearbox castrol SMS-X gearbox fully synthetic 75/85
Diff / Transfer -fully synthetic 75/90 GL5

any pointers.....
