I have the MSA canvas covers, best fitting seat covers I have ever had - haven't moved in two years.

Made in Australia - here is their website Home - MSA 4x4 AccessoriesMSA 4?4 Accessories or you can get them from 4x4 shops

I have Melville and Moon, eight years old and going well, no rips or tears, faded but that's ok, I would rate MSA just as good.

I had a set of black duck covers (front and back) in my old GQ Nissan Pootrol and they were very durable. They weren't the perfect fit, but only had minimal creasing and they held up very well to a lot of punishment.

My 2014 Defender 110 wears a full set of front and back "escape" seat covers. They fit perfectly, look great and are very sturdy. Added bonus was that they are extremely easy to fit. I didn't have to wait at all for mine. I called, they were in stock and I had them very soon after. I guess I was lucky.

Whatever brand you go for, canvas is a good solid product that will save your seats from any number of indiscretions. In my opinion they are a worthy investment. Good luck with your choice

    Cheers,

I've tried most brands in my Utes and trucks, I don't like the feel of the black duck/canvas style seats in the cold weather we get down here, I've had an excellent run with Ruffnuts seat covers, they are custom made to suit each vehicle and I've even got my business logo embroided on the headrests..some sets are 10+ years old and have held up very well. I think they are still based out of Forbes, NSW and have a good reputation in the trucking and agricultural industry's.

Incidentally, Lou, the seat covers in the Disco are still going strong. (As is the rest of the vehicle )

    Hello everyone,

Thanks for all your feedback. It is greatly appreciated.

I have now ordered a set of seat covers from Melville & Moon ,South Africa, in 100% cotton. Nobody else does the same quality covers for a 90, AND do the rear jump seats too. Not one company listed, besides them, makes covers for the jump seats in a 90. That was a disapointing discovery.

    There is some good news.
Black duck will make paterns for the 90 jump seats IF they get enough enquiries for them. All it takes is an email saying you want some but know they don't make them. If you don't do it, then there is no reason to complain that they aren't made in Oz. I know this because I made enquiries.

    Please make the enquiry.

    Thanks.

    Phill.
