Im thinking about adding an auxiliary speaker to mine. I find the speaker in the handpiece struggles against the noise of tge Defender a bit, even though its mounted right in front of me.

how are you finding the icom and what ariel are you using? I've been using a hand held uhf for ages and a fixed uhf is next mod on the list!
Its been good so far, not that its had much use. It looks and feels very well built.Quote:
