Sourcing spares for the Sanden aircon pump on a 300TDi?

Didn't have a very good week last week...while replacing the air filter box mounting rubbers, I thought I'd remove the worn through aircon hose and drop it off to have the end replaced or get a new one....tight as f*&@, though seemed to move after several soaks with penetrating oil...except the movement was the aluminium housing cracking and then breaking!

Looks like this is a separate part/cover part though, so does anyone know if it's easily removable and replaceable, and if so are their any recommendations for places that sell the parts?

New pumps seem thankfully a common fitment, and hence not extortionate, but hoping I don't have to go that way if I can get the rear case that has the hose connectors on it....

End housings are a common and easily changed part for the SD7H15 compressor, but at a minimum I'd do an oil and dryer change too, and depending on how long the innards have been exposed to the atmosphere plan on a new compressor.

The PAG oil in those things is extremely hygroscopic, it literally sucks the moisture out of the atmosphere.
Not good for the bearings and other rotaty bits.

Don't count on parts being that cheap. I had probs with my aircon and compressor seals blamed by a mobile bloke. Seals replaced by a mob in east Perth I think.....but only the inner seals. The outer felt seal and metal cover plate left off as spares not available in Oz. I dispensed with mobile blokes services.
Had a replacement from TRS fitted by Autospark Joondalup and it worked well then gas goes AGAIN!
Turns out it was evap/condenser TX valve and an arm and leg later it's running OK as it should.
Took it to the stealer eventually as I don't trust places where all the staff vehicles are jacked up Tojo heroes machines with light bars everywhere and drink adverts!

PS. If you want to compare the end of my original compressor with yours and it fits you can buy the comp for 250 bucks.

I purchased a SD7H14 compressor from this bloke for my tractor via ebay. He was the best value that I could find including picking one up when I was in the US earlier this year.
