Make sure all rivets are out.
It may have been sealed with silicone or eurethane etc ( not factory).
The factory just use foam rubber gasket and rivets.
It may pay to carefully run a piece of fine wire (like mig wire) around the frame to cut any potential sealant. They remove many windscreens the same way , google it for some vids if unsure.
Otherwise it should just push out.
The frame can then separate into two pieces top and bottom by undoing 2 small c/sunk screws in the middle of the frame each side.
Are you replacing runners/glass?
I replaced mine with a nice tinted single piece section of glass from the local auto glass guy.
