    Seat belt spool plastic end caps - whole new seat belt?

    I fear these will be necessary for road worthy being part of the seat belt - any suggestions other than spending $150 on a new seat belt just for the plastic end caps?

    Make a cover out of ally and pop rivits. Hard part would be finding some of that striking poo coloured carpet you have thier to cover it i guess

    lol We can only hope no one has bothered making more carpet in that colour.

    I went and took some photos of the other seat belts tonight, then inspected this one a bit closer and actually it seems it's not the same as all the others in the vehicle. So there's little chance anyone is going to have covers lying around from another Land Rover. Also the clear cover has written on it, "caution do not remove". Maybe that IS the end cap? Seems a bit odd though.

    Unless I randomly come across the exact parts, I might just leave it and see how it goes in road worthy.
